Remote Storage Information

At Dimsr.dk, some of our products are stored in remote storage to ensure a wider selection and better availability. This means that these products are shipped from our suppliers before they reach you.

What Does Remote Storage Mean?

When you see a product marked as "Remote Storage", it means:

  • We do not have the product in our local stock.
  • Once you place an order, we order the product from our supplier.
  • This process can take a few extra days compared to in-stock products.

We Do Not Dropship

We do NOT dropship your order. All products sold on Dimsr.dk are manually checked and inspected before we ship them to you. When you order a remote storage product:

  • The product is first shipped to our warehouse.
  • We inspect and ensure it meets our quality standards.
  • Only after this process, we ship the item to you.

Delivery Time

Because remote storage products are ordered directly from suppliers, delivery may take longer than standard stock items.

Expected delivery time: 2-3 weeks.

However, delays may occur due to supplier processing, customs, or other unforeseen factors.

Payment Process

For remote storage products:

  • We do not withdraw your payment immediately.
  • Payment is only processed when we have placed the order with our supplier.
  • This typically happens within 24 hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 7 days due to limited capital as a small business.

Returns & Cancellations

Our standard return policy applies to remote storage products, with a few additional considerations:

  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 14 days after purchase, even before shipment.
  • Returns: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs apply and are not covered by Dimsr.dk.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take packaging and shipping seriously, but if your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@dimsr.dk.
  • We will inspect the package and either replace the item or issue a refund.
  • If the damage is significant, we may refuse delivery to prevent further issues.
